Concordia Language "Global Self-Assessment Grid" available as poster and student-binder inserts. Request online. Concordia also has available online as pdf downloads, "I CAN" charts for presentational and interpersonal speaking (also available for writing, reading and listening).

Madame Fifi Publications - a myriad of language activities for the classroom (mostly French and Spanish). Ones I've used are "1001 Conversation Starters" and "PowerTalk".

From this year's AATSP 2012 Conference in Puerto Rico, Greg Duncan's PowerPoint on "Enhancing Oral Communication Skills at the Secondary Level". Greg was the Keynote Speaker at ICTFL's 2011 Fall Conference and shares many of his ideas and resources on his website at www.interprepinc.com .
